It was a warm night so I turned on the AC and slept under my comforter. I didn’t feel hot. It was a light sweat on my lower back only and it dried by the time I went to then returned from the bathroom. But it was odd. My lower back was hurting too, which I assumed was caused by an IBS flare-up or herpes outbreak, since I have both conditions and they can cause back pain. But I normally only sweat at night if I’ve had too much to drink.
What could cause this?
I am only two mo. but off and on I have been havin some pain. It does go away after layin down but, what could causes it?? I go to my first apt. May 7, 2008 . I don’t know if I should wait till then. I may just call but, I am kind of scared. I have lost two in the past but, I do have my handsome 1yr Collin.
Every time i go to bed, no matter how i lie down, my lower back always hurts. and is very uncomfortable. Also during the day or while sitting i get a pain from just next to my shoulder blades!!!
Anybody else suffer from this, or know why it is caused? please help.
Every now and then, certainly not often, when i lay on my stomach i experience lower back pain. Its not a sharp pain, it’s more like an ‘ache’ feeling. It actually feels kind of good like its a relief ‘pain’. I can’t really explain it more than that…but i was wondering if it is something i should worry about? I want to know what causes it.
not only do your muscles tighten up with stress or anger, but you also can increase something called intrathecal pressure.
An example of this is when you cough, sneeze or strain for a bowell movement. Many times when you are angry, you tense up and can increase the intrathecal pressure which in turn can increase back pain. This is most common when a disc lesion is present such as a bulging disc.
I’ve had this problem for over a month now. Whenever I stand or walk for more than say 5 or 10 minutes I get these shooting/stabbing pains all over my lower back. It DOESN’T spread to anywhere else such as my legs or upper back either and there’s no bruising or pain when you physically touch my lower back. I don’t even remember pulling or lifting anything to cause this pain. Is this a slipped disc or something? Will it ever go away on it’s own?
I do alot of lifting at work. have tried heat and ice and anti-inflamotory cream and pain killers. worse after nights sleep too. can internal piles cause this pain?
in about the last month, month and a half, I have had very much pain in my lower back, but only when I move my left leg. Please help, it causes me very much pain.
Okay, so this morning I bent over to pick up my son’s toys on the floor (I bent my knees while doing that), then when I got up, my lower back started to hurt. I don’t know if I got up quick (I don’t recall) or how I got up caused my lower back to hurt, but it hurts. And now, my lower back hurts when getting up from sitting and while walking. What did I do to my back and what can I do to ease the pain?
that is one of the ways sciatic pain will manifest. Have your lower spine checked out by a chiropractor.
This summer I had a bad round w/ decompression illness and the doctor says I have some nuerological problems because of that. I haven’t exactly told my sensei this. (in fact I haven’t told her i have been diagnosed with apserger syndrome last week- but i don’t feel the need to tell her that) On my left foot I can pull and spread my toes apart and back but on my right foot when I do the exact same thing my toes go forward rather than back. I have tried doing the oposite way but that doesn’t work they go forward again- any sugestions? Is there anyway I can retrain my foot?
also nother random question should I tell my sensei I have been diagnosed with aspergers (cousin of autism) he always gets mad at me for not telling her things like allergies and stuff. But I am the exact same person and don’t want him to think differently of me.
Can low back disc pains cause abdominal pain? Or would it be 2 different things going on?
I have had lower back pain for most of my life and believe it has been caused by a slouching posture so I am now taking steps to adopt the right and proper posture but am experiencing more pain now.
Is this normal at first? And will it last?
Basketball tryouts were yesterday. I made the team but after the tryouts, my lower left back hurts when I bend my back. What could be causing it? What should i do to relieve the pain?
It shouldn’t be your appendix–that’s on the right side in most people. If it’s very low in your abdomen, it could be ovulation pain or an ovarian cyst. If you have a cyst, it might be painful sometimes. If an ovarian cyst ruptures, it causes sharp stabbing pain that goes away in a few hours.
I would suggest having it checked out if the pain doesn’t go away.
