over a week ago my back started to feel sore, constantly nauseous, and felt like i was coming down with the flu. two days later i started to get a dull, aching pain in my lower back that wouldn’t go away. about four days after onset, upset stomach and flu like symptoms subsided. only to be replaced with heartburn and slight pain when urinating. took three days worth of antibiotic which made the pain go away when urinating. heartburn went away soon after. all the while still had constant pain in lower pain and slight pain/discomfort in lower right abdomen.finally went to the doc, did urine test, blood work, ct scan of pelvis and abdomen. urine test and blood work came back fine. ct found cyst on ovary and 1mm to 2mm kidney stones in both kidneys. went to my pcp and he didn’t think that the cyst or kidney stones were causing my pain. said they were both too small. thought instead i just strained my back. he prescribed me mobic and skelarin (muscle relaxers) been taking them for about three days. and none of the pain in my back or abdomen has subsided.
has anyone experience anything similar to this, or know what may be causing me this pain?
the ct already ruled out appendicitis

Last October my lower back went out while helping my kid get dressed but it got better after a week or 2. But then the pain came back about 2 months later for a few days and it was just on my lower right backside. No radiating down my leg. But again after a few days it went away. So I didn’t think anymore of it. Well a few days ago I was sleeping and woke up with really bad pain in my right lower back and it radiates down my leg to my knee. It hurts to walk, sit, lay down, bend over etc… Any ideas what this could be??

dr’s keep telling me it’s a reaccuring pulled muscle but i don’t think so. this hurts so bad when sitting and it hurts when my body is completely straight out on the bed. but inbetween it just aches. this has kept me from getting up off the couch and bed a lot of times. i heard dr’s can’t see everything in your back so what can this be?

He complained about back pain few month before and I pushed for blood work but doc’s only did urine specimen sample. They did say bring him back if pain continues.
he says he was hit in the back by a caretaker in daycare and had a bruise so IDK if that could be it. Doctor doesn’t think so.
Any ideas whats causing this chronic pain?

like 2 months ago i started having lower back pain in the right part of my back is it because of masturbation?
am 14 years old , i usually get this pain when i do high kicks in karate its a really sharp pain and focused on one point , its in the right side only . is it caused by masturbation?

I’ve been having pain in my lower right pelvic area. I already been to the OB and there is nothing wrong with my ovaries. What else could be the cause of my pain? It never goes away. Its a constant sharp pain that last all the time…and hurts worse when I run.

I didn’t do anything that would have made me pull a muscle, I just randomly started having this pain in my lower back, just to the right of my spine. It’s about 8 inches above where my low rise pants fall around my waist. Does anyone know what might be causing this pain? It doesn’t hurt when I’m still, it’s only when I move. recently he went on a long flight and now he cant even move without having severe pain in his lower back upper hip area.
The severe pain started today in the morning when he was stepping out of the bath tub. he said before it just used to be on one side of his lower back and after the bath tub incident today it has spread to both sides.

I went to the emergency room for lower right back pain. It only hurts when I lay down and when I breathe in. When lying down, the pain radiates from my lower back to the side of my stomach up to my neck when I breath in. It’s a sharp pain mostly when I breathe in. The emergency room doctors checked for blood clot in my lung and the test can back negative. The pain is not in my chest, but sharp pains in my lower back when lying down and when breathing in. What could be causing this pain? I was given a muscle relaxer, but I am still in pain. I have not injured my back…
