i just masturbate every other day. because when i used to do it once a day, i was having lower back pains (not really pain, but some sort of quick fatigue in the lower back) whenever i do bench press or back workouts. my knees also feel weaker at times when i do it everyday. Is this connected to once a day masutrbation? cos ive heard of it b4, im not sure if it is just a myth. these stopped when i started just doing it every other day. But i really wanna do it once a day cos sometimes its hard to control. tnx

for about the last two monhths ive been getting some really sharp shooting pains sort of around the tailbone area. but its one of those pains you cant really pin point. i only get the pains when standing up from a sitting position and trying to turn around on a chair.
any ideas as to what the cause may be? its just im doing my exams at the moment and after sitting for long periods of time i dread having to get up. (people say i look like im about to scream when i do : S)

dr’s keep telling me it’s a reaccuring pulled muscle but i don’t think so. this hurts so bad when sitting and it hurts when my body is completely straight out on the bed. but inbetween it just aches. this has kept me from getting up off the couch and bed a lot of times. i heard dr’s can’t see everything in your back so what can this be?

Both Sleeping and Standing / walking (even for a short time) cause fairly severe lower back pamildly both instances are midly relieved by getting out of bed and sitting down respectively.
The pain at night can be excruciating, every smallest move.
The daytime pain – walking and standing is really starting to restrict my life.
I’m female and 38yrs old.
Does anyone know what causes this ?
My overall posture is very good, mattress good, I exercise, good diet, healthy and all the rest.

Today I started getting stomach cramps and my stomach was growling like i was hungry but I wasn’t, it was an empty feeling. Later in the day, my lower back on both sides started to become a little painful. Also, my ribs have been feeling a bit uncomfortable for the past couple days. Not painful, just discomfort. I recently started birth control and i’m not sure if that’s what’s causing the pain. I also started running a bit in the mornings for 5-10 minutes. Any ideas of what’s causing these pains?

Tthe last couple months I am having extreme lower back pain, my chiropracter’s says from the xray my L5 disk is severly degenerated, every morning I am unable to stand upright completetly straight and lean to the left & a bit forward which is causing major pain in my left knee also making my left foot heal numb also unable to stand for more then 10 minutes before having to brace myself, I have been seeing chiropractors since 1999 and now to the point where there efforts are effortless now in reducing my pain which sometimes hits me like a freight train if I am not carefull just a big surge of pain that makes me grab the nearest thing to hold on tight. So I am getting worried now that this is getting worse so I have made an oppointment to figure out what the deal is. Also my mother and her brother both had back surgery in there early 50′-60 but this seem to hit me a hell of a lot sooner ill be 34 this year. well that is my short story, any input is welcome here.
