ahhh as i type this im having intense pain in my lower back and intestinal area. Earlier today I did weightlifting like I usually do but ive never had this kind of pain before. After lifting I went to eat and I ate a steak. How do i take this fcken pain away and whats causing it
Oh my…oh my ….oh my!!! :( I hurt so bad right now I don’t know what to do. I am 29 weeks and for about a month now I have suspected my lil darling boy is in the Breech position (pretty normal from what I understand for how far along I am) I get these very painful SHARP kicks so low that it feels like he may fall out. Not only does it hurt but the pressure is intense. Well tonight he must really want to stretch out because that is what he is doing! Every few minutes I get a huge lump being pressed UP into my ribs at the same time I am getting POUNDED down there! ( I am assuming he is stretching straight up and down) Bear in mind I am only 5 ft tall and when not pregnant my torso measures (from bottom of breastbone to belly button) at a WHOPPING 3-3.5 whole inches. My torso is VERY little and he is already squished…as well as all my internal organs. So when he stretches I really feel like I want to cry and scream!!! To make matters worse every time he does it it causes me to have a Braxton Hicks contraction and now my back is killing me…simply THROBBING. I have never experienced this. This is my 3RD baby and I am a mess!! :( Nothing is helping..standing sitting, squatting, laying down….PLEASE ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE FANTASTIC!!!!
Love you ladies!!!

strong pain in lower and right side of back and shoulder gets more intense with each breath
I have had lower back pain for over a year now. Every time I go to the doctor they say that it is nothing. Some days I can barely stand up without terrible pain and some times it causes my legs to go numb. What could this be?
I have been having back pain for about 2 years now. It comes in spurts and last from 1-3 months, then seems to go away. I have had 2 MRI’s, about 1.5 years apart, and each time they came back with normal results. The pain starts in the lower back, then radiates down my right leg to the knee, rarely below the knee. Twisting causes the most pain but sometimes there are spurts when any type of motion hurts. I have been seeing a chiropractor for 2 months now and the pain still is not going away. Is there possibly something else wrong, maybe something with the nervous system or somethings else. I am in great shape, workout 3 times a week and eat an extremely well balanced diet. Any ideas? If so, please backup ur answer with some website or source I can look into. Thanks
I am only two mo. but off and on I have been havin some pain. It does go away after layin down but, what could causes it?? I go to my first apt. May 7, 2008 . I don’t know if I should wait till then. I may just call but, I am kind of scared. I have lost two in the past but, I do have my handsome 1yr Collin.
Well about a week and a half ago, I did stock at work, nothing out of the usual. I picked up some heavier boxes, but nothing insane, and I didnt feel any pain until later that night, about 5 hours. We went to see a movie and when I got up it was horrible. It is only on the left side, and it is righ where my back and butt meet. And yesterday, it was kind of like pulsing when i sat a certain way.
Well about two days ago, I felt numbness in my toes, and i thought maybe my sock was too tight or something cutting off the circulation. Well, I get the numbness now without socks or anything. What could this be, and how can I help it.
Also, when I sneeze and cough it causes my back SO much pain right in that spot.
Sometimes its worse than other times as well. And the simple task of getting up off a chair or laying down kills!
