plus some stomach problems, Ive gone to the doctor, they just give you antacids, they didnt even want to take an x-ray of my back area
they said it could be swollen sacrolitis, but they never want to do
extra exams, theres so many things out there that can cause back
pain, even pancreatic cancer, so you get scared just thinking about
it, specially when the pain gets bad, i know I have diverticulosis but
can that effect yur back if its infected, theres alo diseases that can
imitate other things. Ive gone to the chiropractor 3 times and all he
does is give me like some sort of electronic therapy on back and put
me in a bed that moves up and down for massage but he hasnt
actually told me whats wrong, if its a pulled muscle, or a pinched
nerve. Im in my 40s but I exwrcise 2 times a week and this has never
ever happened to me, how can you get doctor to pay more attention
its like you have to diagnose yourself almost. Anybody with same
symptoms, would appreciatre any advice cause Im kinda scared
about these horrible pains. Thanks

I have already had subcromial decompression surgery on my left shoulder now I have some damaged cartilage. I think it is do to my arthritis, I know one thing I am tired of being in pain . I have a lot of restless nights. I wake up in pain. I go back to the Doc. in a week and I think the subject mat come up.

like 2 months ago i started having lower back pain in the right part of my back is it because of masturbation?

Basically just like the cramps that you get when you do have it. I haven’t had my period in over a year. I’ve been having horrible left pelvic pain. My doctor ruled out abnormal insulin levels,so PCOS isn’t possible.At least I don’t think so. I’m not underweight or stressed. If it matters,before when I had my period it was unbearable with cramps and extremely heavy. I’m only 21 if that matters. In April they told me that I had a small 3cm cyst that could not be causing the pain.Has this ever happened to anyone? Can not getting your period cause pelvic pain? Should I even consider getting my left ovary removed?

I’m an anxiety freak and recently I thought I had a bladder infection, as I had a few (not a lot) of the symptoms revolving around a kidney infection as well. I took all the precautions, and my symptoms went away within a few days. Then I started to really feel lower back pain on my left side, and it felt like it was around the kidney area. Concerned, I went to the doctor right away and told him of my symptoms about everything. He did a bunch of tests and they all came back negative, said that it was just a cold and I’ll be fine. He poked around my kidney area with his hands a lot, and I did a urine test, and he seemed to believe that my symptoms had no correlation to any kidney issues, that it was all just related to my common cold.
Even though I tested negative for all infections/problems, I checked the internet to see if other people were having the same issues. I read that a few of the people tested negative for things so they did bloodwork and found out they had diabetes. I’m in good health, my family has no history of diabetes, my diet is okay, and I have no diabetes symptoms.
I HAVE been coughing a lot recently, and I’m wondering if my cold really is the reason for my “kidney” back pain and if coughing may have strained a muscle back there. I’m REALLY hoping someone can put my mind to rest about the whole back pain thing. Any ideas?

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone knows what causes lower back pain…I went to the doctor today for a bladder infection test, which came back negative. The pain is right in the middle of my back, and very low on my back. I’m going to see my regular doctor in 2 weeks, so until then, any advice on dealing with the pain? My back feels sore, and like it’s throbbing, but sometimes it feels like a really sharp pain. I’ve been taking tylenol and using a heating pad. Any advice? Thank you!

What should we pack with us in our hospital suitcase? Also, he is a fairly heavy smoker. He wants to quit, and we have ordered an herbal remedy to help him quit that is supposed to arrive the same day as the surgery. He is going to wake up from surgery feinding for a ciggarette, but I don’t think it will be wise for him to get up, go outside and smoke, especially since he is trying to quit b/c his back won’t heal well if he is still smoking (as the physical therapist has told us). He hates the patch (has used it before and we have some left), but should I bring it with us to the hospital and (with Dr.’s approval, of course), slap it on him before he wakes up? Or maybe when he wakes up?

Facing this prblm for last 4 yrs since 2nd month of pregnancy, having severe pain only in right buttock & originating from the groove-like right side of lower back, it has nothing surely to do with the bones as I had an x-ray examined from an orthopaedic. It pains after 1-2 hrs of simple household chores / standing and does not settle unless i take a long rest/ sleep for 7-8 hrs, sometimes affects some right thigh muscles or don’t know what, which get stuck while walking and causes pain. I am confused 2 what it is, is it neurological or neuromuscular or sciatica or something else? I have been trying palsinuron tablets since last 2 months which gives some relief, yet no complete relief, the severe pain recurs after much physical stress…
