i have been having pain in my chest and side, was diagnosed with costochondritis and have been taking the medication for about 2/3 weeks now and nothing has changed, also pain is moving to the other side as well. Back also hurts feels very stiff and neck hurts as well, joint pains in the elbow and hands and fingers.. fingers also involntarily shake (painless) and hands shake, more the left hand though, shake more when im gripping something or holding somthing… i am an anxious person and experienced anxiety attacks and panic attacks in the past but this feels different … any ideas? thanks

I will be seeing a doctor next week but I was just curious if anyone knows what this could possibly be….I do not work out often (just light walking everyday) and Ive been experiencing muscle cramps and numbness in my lower legs, mid back, lower back, neck, my wrist area to slightly past my elbow. lately its been so bad that im so weak I can barely stand. I have no health issues/diseases/illness that I KNOW of. any suggestions & comments appreciated. thank you

so like, in about the past 3 weeks i pulled a neck muscle, back muscle, shoulder muscle, leg muscle, ankle muscle, elbow muscle, now another leg muscle .

thank God it was only one at a time .

the only one that reaally hurt was the leg, ankle, and shoulder .

the others werent that severe .

why do i keep pulling muscles ?

i tried to search it up, buht nothing really came up except maybe i have my growth spurt ?

I injured my wrist last sept ( hamate fracture) and was put in a cast for three weeks. After cast was removed I still had problems with my hand so was refered for various tests, which one test showed the unlnar nerve was compressed hence the reason I could not feel two of my fingers.
I had cubital tunnel decompression surgery in April 2007 and have been left with a 10 inch scar to the back of my elbow , which does not look very nice.
My question is “how long does it take for my elbow and wrist to return to normal”? I still have odd numb sensations/brusing and also a burning, aching feeling in hand.
Any info would be most appreciated.

If you have a pinched nerve it is most likely a vertebral problem, like a herniated disk or a disk turning or out of place. These kinds of problems require something more than a home remedy. You may even need vertebral traction, which means going to see a specialist.
Numbness in the elbow and hand may not mean a pinched nerve, though. Are you sure it is? Ultimately you are going to have to see a doctor. Sorry I can’t give you better news.
