It was a warm night so I turned on the AC and slept under my comforter. I didn’t feel hot. It was a light sweat on my lower back only and it dried by the time I went to then returned from the bathroom. But it was odd. My lower back was hurting too, which I assumed was caused by an IBS flare-up or herpes outbreak, since I have both conditions and they can cause back pain. But I normally only sweat at night if I’ve had too much to drink.
What could cause this?

waking up with leg pain that radiates from the lower part of the knee to the ankle, with calf pain. sore & aching and tender to touch from the front to the back of the legs as well as on the inside. once I start moving around it eleviates.

i just masturbate every other day. because when i used to do it once a day, i was having lower back pains (not really pain, but some sort of quick fatigue in the lower back) whenever i do bench press or back workouts. my knees also feel weaker at times when i do it everyday. Is this connected to once a day masutrbation? cos ive heard of it b4, im not sure if it is just a myth. these stopped when i started just doing it every other day. But i really wanna do it once a day cos sometimes its hard to control. tnx

I suffer from pain in my lower back and my right shoulder every day. The pain in my shoulder is starting to get worse. I wont have to do really anything for it to start hurting and then sometimes my shoulder will get stuck, I have to force it back down and it hurts to the point where I want to cry….my back is hurting almost 24/7. I dont know what is causing all this pain and I havent been able to find anything to relieve the pain. I’m only 19 almost 20 years old, and I suffer from sever back and shoulder pain. What is causing my pain? And how can I relieve this pain?….

I have 2 bulging discs in my lower back. I also have sciatica. Lately my back pain is becoming worse, to the point where I have to sit down after standing for 30 – 45 minutes. Recently I have also started having headaches in my temples. At first I thought it was stress related, but it’s started happening when I’m not under stress.

ever since trying out the back exercise “the superman”, i’ve been dealing with a lot of leg muscle and joint pain. the pain started the day after trying out the exercise, and most of the leg pains have gone away over the course of a month with the exception of knee problems. the knee problems have actually worstened. symptoms are occasional redness over knee, rarely stiffness, pain “behind” kneecap and around the knee area, mostly tendons. if i put my hands on them, i can also hear them make a creaking noise, though ive probably had this before without noticing it. ive been going to a chiropractor and have seen some improvement. pain becomes more constant and stronger a few hours after exercise.
is this just a case of overworked knee, or did i do something serious to it? i about a month before experiencing leg pain i had started doing sprint exercises.

I’ve been doing heavy squats now for about year. sets look like this 135/12, 225/12, 315/12, 350/7, 370/5, then 225/12. i have really strong quads but i never work on hamstrings. i’ve had back pain off and on for about 6 months now, and sometimes it hurts extremely bad, and of course i’m not able to squat! i’ve gone to the chiropractor but that seems to only get rid of the pain temporarily. i was wondering if i should start stretching my hamstrings more and if this is the cause of my problem.

I find that every 20-30 mins I HAVE to pop my back or I’m extremely uncomfortable and I can’t stand or walk for a long period of time or my back KILLS me. As in it’s all I think about until I can relieve it and that’s kind of hard to do when you’re out on the town. I am constantly bending from the waist to try and relieve my lower back and it’s getting annoying. Does anyone know what these symptoms can be and if I should see a doctor or if there’s a way to help it myself.

I have had pain in my lower back about an inch or two above my tailbone, but off to the right of my spine about 3 inches. I thought it was a pinched nerve. I also went to the doctor about 2 weeks ago with severe ovarian pain and she told me it was just extremely painful ovulation.
I have had general cramping, like bad menstrual cramping since Monday, (but I don’t have my period), I have the same ovarian pain again (although it’s time for my period, not time for ovulation) that extends into my upper thigh and, worst of all, the most excruciating pinching pain in my lower back as described up top.
I took a pregnancy test this morning, just to be sure (especially because I’m taking Advil like Tic-Tacs)
Anyone have an idea what this might be symptomatic of? Yes, I am going to see a doctor tomorrow.

Hi, i was wondering if any of you can inform me if my back pain is serious because going to the doctor would be a hassle and if i can heal it by doing exercises or stretches , then that would be most convenient. Im 16yrs and half and ive been having a lower back pain which is not there but if i do the chair stretch which there is a link below, i can feel the pain.
Ive had this pain for about 1-2 months and 3 weeks ago and i have thought the cause to be from heavy lifting so i stopped. the pain is still there but a lot less but sadly is still there with a minor pain.
the stretch i did looks like this.
