Mine kills me sometimes, but I did injure it a very long time ago. Tonight I feel like you. My tailbone and lower back were hurting, so as I’m typing this, I’m leaning against a heating pad. It really helps, and so does Ben Gay. I hope you feel better soon.
Hi i have had lower back pain for four years and recently i have been told that my back pain is now due to a tilted pelvis, i have constant pain which increases in intensity depending on what i have done throughout the day but does include, lower back pain, buttock pain and thigh (leg) pain, i can get incredibly bad pain if i sit, stand and walk for longer then thirty minutes continuously or lift things, which sometimes feels like if i do anything i will suffer from pain later in the day.
i suggest you find a physiotherapist that specialises in the lumbo pelvic region and also go for a swim in a heated pool if that hurts walk up and down the pool preferably sideways as my physio says that it is easier and less painful then walking forwards and backwards.
Hope this helps
You might have a pre-sacral tumor or cyst in your tail bone region. They are usually benign but a lesion may be cutting blood flow, resulting inflamed tissue that is very painful.
I think that you will need surgery to remove the cyst, but I am not certain of that.
