Hmmm…i have a similar pain around the lower back that hurts whether I’m standing in one position too long or even sitting too long. Sometimes it hurts just to get myself up, then it goes away. I’ve heard that it might be that my spine is got out of place and i should see a chiropractor.
For temporary relief I was told to lie down and bring one knee at a time to my chest and do sort of a stretch of the lower back. Hope that helps at all!
could be a pinched nerve. check out the signs and symptoms for sciatic nerve. maybe it describes what your going through.
