Is It Common To Have Lower Back Pain And Loose Stools 2 Months After A Kidney Infection?
i went back to the doc and tested my urine and had no more infection. also no white or red blood cells… i had symptoms for about a month before getting checked out and i had an infection. is it possible that i damaged my kidneys? or could it be my body recovering from all of the trama that i caused by not getting checked out sooner? thanks!!

Don’t worry. If you had damaged your kidney, the urine test results would not be pretty.
However, get another urine tests every 1 or 2 months apart. Determine/check for reinfection.
Fecal change could be due to the after effects of the antibiotic treatment. The micro-flora in your intestines have been irradicated too.
About the lower back pain, it shouldn’t be there. could it be psychological? The pain isn’t there, but your brain still perceives it.
If your pain symptoms persists, don’t hesitate to talk to your doctor.
Maybe, get an ultrasound. Although kidney ultrasounds are inconclusive, it may give your doctor some pointers about your situation.
