How will the Health Care Reform of President Obama affect people with South Carolina Medicaid?
My concern is about people who only have Medicaid, but not Medicare.
At present SC Medicaid impose a limit of 12 per fiscal year in the number of visits to the Doctor and a limit of 8 to the Chiropractic. Also there is a limit of only 4 medicine prescriptions per month per patient.
Will the Health Reform improve on these limits?

Yes. The health care reform will improve on those limits. Part of the health care reform was to place a minimum standard for health care.
Do not pay any attention to the drivel that Stanley posted. Apparently he is stuck on the talking points(lies) of the congressional republicans.
