Does Anyone Experience Lower Back Pain Along With Sinus Headaches?
I tend to get lower back pain a lot, along with sinus headaches. any idea what could be causing this? I don’t work out regularly but I do get exercise. Should I be stretching more often? My boyfriend thinks I have lead poisoning? any thoughts?

If there’s even a chance that you have lead poisoning, you should get right to a doctor or emergency room. I hope that your b/f is wrong.
Lower back pain can sometimes be caused by menstrual oncoming. It can also be caused by lifting something too heavy, or overexerting yourself. Be careful, and if you lift things, be sure to use your legs, rather than your back.
I, too, get frequent sinus headaches. Seems like every time I get a cold, or the wind is blowing, it goes right to my sinuses. Someone suggested that I may also have allergies (due to the things that the wind blows).
My daughter gets migraines along with back pain. She has been tested for many things, but they have all come out negative. Her pain is real, though, and there must be some reason for it.
Maybe you should see a doctor asap–so you can be diagnosed. If you don’t have insurance, there are free and sliding-scale clinics–call your local ER to find out where they are.
Be better :)
